We require a pre-payment to secure your slot. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable
Yes, we do! However, the cost may increase by 30% for Sundays, night hours and holidays.
- Arrive 10 minutes before your booking time.
- Payment is calculated from the booked time, not the actual start of recording.
- Handle studio equipment responsibly. In case of damage, compensation will be required.
- Prepare materials like text for the teleprompter, presentations, cheat sheets, or any props you need.
- Do your makeup and dress according to your setup. Avoid green clothing and patterns.
- Arrive 10 minutes early.
- Bring your favorite tracks to play before the shoot to get in the mood. Sing, dance, and relax before recording!
Yes, of course! If you bring your own equipment, we'll give you a discount on the studio rental.
You'll receive all the raw audio and video files from your recording. We also offer video editing services - just ask us for more details.
Absolutely! Our job is to handle all the technical aspects during your recording. We'll brief you beforehand on how to make your video look and sound its best-everything from how to sit, where to look, and how to speak. We manage the entire process, so you can relax and enjoy the experience!
Yes, if you’re based in Spain or booking as a private individual, a 21% VAT (IVA) will be added to the service price as required by Spanish law.
